Spiritual meaning of pregnancy
Why is a women asked to be very careful during the first trimester of pregnancy?
As we all know "punarapi jananam punarapi maranam".. the soul that has reached different reals after their previous birth have to come back to earth to go-ahead with the rest of the karmas (praarabda).
But we also know "idam samsare bahu dussare".. such a soul enters a womb, it is unsure whether to continue or not. The soul doesn't want to go through this worldly sufferings again and again. So it will try to avoid, escape the womb as much as possible. Any slightest negligence from humans, the soul will take the opportunity to escape. It becomes our responsibility to keep the pregnancy very safe in the first trimester.
